Scope of works:
Identify & increase customer acquisition in SpeedCrete business (distinctive segment) to ensure that’s outputs targets, company objective in term of solution provider and keep brand reputation are achieved.
This job description covers only the key responsibilities for the job. Every employee should excepted flexibility to carry out other task as reasonably instructed by superiors (including Project Manager/Coordinators), to cooperate with other department when required and to participate in specific projects when requested.

Requirements:
Education:Minimum graduate with Bachelor of Engineering or Sales/Marketing
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 (one) year in current position
  • 2 years Experience in sales of construction material or construction industry
Computer literacy:Computer utilization for WINDOWS System, software application such Word Processor MS Word and spreadsheet MS Excel.
Language:Good command in English both spoken & written
Other qualification / skills:
  • Have good  sense of business
  • Able to present and sell a solution
  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedure and specification
  • Ability to supervise and communicate with others and deal with people from all levels of the business
  • Have technical knowledge about road and infrastructure standar specially in government project
  • Have commercial knowledge about construction bidding process
